For the blog hop I want to share with you this cute layout I made with the Valentines kit, it super cute!

I stitched on the cardstock using the globe cut file as a stencil, I think it turned out great- it took me about 1 and a half hour to complete the stitching.

Afterwards, I started embellishing (my favourite part!) using Simple’s stories XO letters and stickers from the sticker sheet.
I added few splatters from my Shimmerz and Heidi Swapp mists for finishing touches.

Faith is greater than fear | Hip kit club

Hey guys!

I’m back with a new layout πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ I hope you’re all doing great!

For this layout I used the exclusive cut file from hip kitΒ designed by Kim Watson.

I love the fact it’s wings is actually with fringe in the bottom. It make it look

sophisticated and interesting.

I used 4 pattern papers from the kits in pink color theme, since the kit had lots of pink shades to choose from I had no problem in finding my papers.

I wanted to blur the edges of the butterfly so I matt my cut file on a vellum, leaving

at least an inch soΒ you’ll be able to see the blur. I love the subtle look of the edge.

For the background, I ended up not doing any mix media- even though I really wanted to. I think the cut file in the main piece so I fussy cut a few plus signs from the beautiful pattern paper from Maggie Holmes’ collection ” Gather”. The colors of the plus signs gives the background a soft colorful texture.

For embellishments- I used pieces from Pink Paislee’s collection ” Take me away” collection. I love the bright and happy colors, it matched the theme of the layout!

I added some white thread underneath the photo to add some more interest in the layout and for finishing touches I added red and pink splatters from Shimmerz.

Weekend trip and adventure | Hip kit club

Hey guys!

I’m back with a new layout using my January Hip kit!

I’m loving this kit because it has lots of pretty papers and the “Take me away” ephemera pack.

I thought about doing something different this time, so I pulled out from my craft tools- the fuse tool. I hardly used the tool because I was afraid that I’ll burn my hand accidentally (because it’s me :O).

I manage to use the tool in the layout to make shaker pockets- I filled it with the colorful sequins that came in the kit from Pink paislee’s ” Birthday bash” collection.

And of course, I need a big piece to attach my pockets to so I designed an empherson

cut file using this mint pattern paper from Hip kit. then I stitched the empherson

with orange and red floss.

Afterward I attached 2 cute orange tassels to the cut file.

And we got to my favourite part- embellish! I embellished with bits and pieces from previous kits and made cluster behind the photo.

I used one of the frames from ,Project life, to frame my photo. it looks perfect to me πŸ™‚

I added as well white thread underneath the photo.

For the title I used Amy tan’s foam white sticker. it looks great with the background!

and the second alphas stickers I used are from Crate paper’s collection ” Heart day”.

To end the layout I added white splatters from Mister Hueys’ mists collection.

Timeless | Hip kit club

Hello again!

I want to share another layout I made with my Hip kits! I love the kits, especially the January add- on kit. we got the Heidi swapp acrylic metallic paints in blue and pink.

I love the colors, I think they can go with any layout.

For pattern papers I used Hip kits’ pattern papers that came in the kit. they were in my favourite color so I had to combine them. I used as well the blue acrylic paint on Tim Holtz stencil (heart shape). I mixed the paint with modeling paste of Faber Castell to add texture.

I made sure that the paste is dry and then I put on splatters from my Shimmerz- I added mostly shades of blue and dark green to give contrast.

For the fun part, EMBELLISHMENTS! I used embellishments from Pink pislee that came in the kit and from their collection ” Take me away”. And the title I pulled out as well from ephemera pack.

I added the cute teal tassel and some purple floss- been loving it lately πŸ˜›

To matt my photo I used the frame from the ephemera pack and used aa well white doilie behind it.

I added that cute banner to make the layout look a little bit festive.

for finishing touches I added butterflies from rub on pack we got from “1 canoe 2”.

Happy Valentine’s day | Clique kits

Hey guys!

I’m back with a new layout- this is my second my layout for hearts day. I have many pattern papers form previous kits, so I about using this pattern papers and make banners out of them and make sort of a circle of rainbow (it that makes sense, haha).

I used as well embellishments from my stash and from the valentines kit that featured Crate paper’s collection ” Heart day”- the collection is great not only for valentines but also for your everyday scrapbooking πŸ™‚

I added those cute paper clips from Pink paislee’s collection ” Take me away”. They’re so cute!!

Let’s not forget about the cute flairs I used (exclusive from Clique kit)- I didn’t where to use that pony flair, thought that it was perfect for this layout πŸ˜›

I added as well in the left corner shipping tag and small embellishments.

To matt y photo I used two simple white doilies and on top of it I used a frame from the project life.

I wanted to add something underneath the photo so I thought about adding a purple floss and white thread. I like the look of it.

To finish the layout I added black splatters.

Valentine’s layout | Free cut file!

Hey guys!

Are you ready to celebrate Valentine’s day with your loved ones?

To be honest I never really celebrated Valentine’s day’ just because I never

felt like I needed that one day to spend my time with my loved ones. I spend my time

with them whenever I can and try to capture every beautiful memory.

Don’t get me wrong- I love this day because people get excited about it, young couple

are nervous- it just makes you feel in love.

I want to share with this beautiful cut file which you can use for free!

You can use it for any picture. The products I used are from the Crate paper’s collection ” Heart day”- it’s a beautiful collection perfect for valentines!

The products were included in the Clique kits’ Valentine’s special edition kit. I love this because it has the perfect amount for you to create for Valentine’s day.

In order to give the cut file a little bit of contrast- I hand hand stitched with blue and pink color. it gives the special pop up cut file I needed. to matt the cut file I used one pattern paper from the “Heart day” collection. it has some pretty red and pink’ and some black and white colors. I think it’s a great mic of colors.

Of course I could not leave my background blank, so I added few splatters here and there from my shimmerz collection- I mostly used pink and red colors to match the pattern papers.

And my favourite part- embellishments!- I used some of the die cuts that came in the kit and from the December kit- I think they match perfect πŸ™‚

I added as well exclusive flair that came in the December kit.

For finishing touches, I outlined the layout with some black ink- in order to frame it

and focus the attention to the layout.

Happy Birthday! | free cutfile

Hey Guys!

I hope you all are having a great day wherever you are πŸ™‚

I want to share with you a layout I made with Hip kit’s January kit.

For this layout I designed a flower cut files. I felt that this layout needs to blossom

and I think flowers are perfect.

You can download the flowers here (just save it as an image and then trace it on your cutting software)

For the background I used the acrylic metallic colors from Heidi swapp (we got in the November color kit). I love the metallic feel they have on the paper.

I used the pattern papers from the January kit- there was such a great range of colors in the kit. I decided to used green and pink as my main colors for the layout, because they’re my favourite colors πŸ™‚

For embellishments- I used enamel shapes on top of the big flower cut file and i attached the small tassels from Maggie Holmes’ collection “Gather”.

I added embellishments from the Pink Paislee’s collection “moonstruck”- they match well to the colors of this layout.

I used 2 photos here to challenge myself a little bit, since I’m used to work with one photo. I love the frames that came in the kit so I used them in order to frame my pictures. I love the gold and white colors.

For finishing touches I added splatters using my Shimmerz.
